Who is God Kalki?
Lord Kalki will be the incarnation of God Krishna.
2. When will God Kalki appear?
He will appear at the conjunction of two yugas, at the end of the current Kali-yuga and the beginning of the next age, Satya-yuga. There are cycles of four yugas, namely Satya, Treta, Dvapara, and Kali which rotate like the calendar months. The present age of Kali-yuga lasts 432,000 years, of which we have passed 5000 years. Thus in 427,000 years time, Lord Kalki will appear.
3. What will He look like?
God Kalki will ride at great speed on a white horse named Devadatta, completely effulgant, exhibiting His qualities as the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
4. Who will be the father of God Kalki?
God Kalki will be born to a learned Brahmana by the name Visnu Yasa.
5. Where will He be born?
In the Sambhala village, India.
6. What will be the purpose for God Kalki appearing?
Mleccha-nivaha-nidhane kalayasi karavālam. He will kill all the mlecchas indiscriminately with His sword.
7. Who are the Yavana and Mleccha?
Anyone who eats animals is called a Yavana. Anyone who is opposed to the Vedic culture/principles is called a Mleccha.
8. What are the Vedic Principles?
The injunctions in the Vedic scriptures are called the Vedic principles. The highest Vedic principle is to surrender unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Krishna.
“Those who are devotees of other gods and who worship them with faith actually worship only Me, O son of Kuntī, but they do so in a wrong way. I am the only enjoyer and master of all sacrifices. Therefore, those who do not recognize My true transcendental nature fall down.” (God Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.23-24)

HINDUISM AND SANATAN DHARMA 
Don’t believe that Kaliyuga is 432000 years long, IMO it’s error in interpretation that has crept in as an effect of kaliyuga. Evidence:
1) All major religions’ prophets/seers had talked about resurrection in near future.
2) Societal conditions mentioned in Srimad Bhagavatam and Mahabharata ETC during peak of Kaliyuga is already manifesting (http://hinduism.stackexchange.com/questions/5221/some-sources-say-end-of-kaliyuga-is-near ).
3) Bhagavan Krishna mentioned that there’ll be a golden period after 5000 years for 10000 years. Refer following article to understand that why a yuga cycle is in fact 12000 years long and how coming 10000 golden years fit in so perfectly.

The chaos and confusion we see everywhere despite advances in technology and so called modern scientific education shows that something is fundamental wrong in the world. This can usually be attributed to the last days of a yuga because any transition is always characterized by turbulence. When we talk about transition of one yuga to another, we fundamentally mean changes in collective consciousness. This change is bound to bring chaos in mind which expresses itself outward in people’s irrational actions we’re witnessing.
Dharma is at the lowest and it’s declined so much in India as well that we see no hope
This is the time when avatar must come and restore the dharma. Rest assured that he’s already taken controls in hand but very few can recognize him for now.
How can you recognize him? It’s not easy but there are signs. If you see someone doing huge work, selflessly, and his followers are increasingly like anything wherever he goes. at the same time he’s also criticized and atacked like anything by deamons.
Also, he never claims to be avatar.
If you recognize above qualities in any individual, don’t think of That individual mere an individual, he could be an avatar. But don’t claim this publically. Because 1) people will ridicule you and 2) this could create problems in his mission.
Neither Rama nore Krishna was known to be an avatar by many during most of their lifetime. This is how it was and this is how it’ll be.
What we need to do to help him:
1) practice Yog (ashthangayog and not mere poses for fitness) ETC to grow spiritually.
2) Educate people around you about glorious sanatan dharm teachings and practices not by imposing but by setting yourself as an example. This will not only increase your satkarm but motivate them to become noble and spiritual thereby helping Kalki in his mission. Dharm must first be restored in India before it can in rest of the world.
3) Set one goal of life and devote your all time to it while you’re on it. The way Swami Vivekananda did for reviving teachings of Vedanda.

Doing my best, not successful all the time. One thing I have done and completed is ready to go out into the world. It is just a fiction but it focuses on the chaos and evil all around right now since the meteoric rise of Islam. How many streets in what were Hindu nations have run with blood because of vile animal sacrifice. Where I am I am alone, there are no groups of individuals I can practice with. Many of the Yoga classes are just for gossiping women to meet and take exercise. The same goes with meditation as I’m alone it gets tough at times to practice continually.

It is difficult as you said. Yoga in Sanskrit means a practice that unites living to unseen parbramh(super soul). I agree that sacrificing in name of religion will definitely punish
